The company targets lonely people. They make you feel secure by requiring you to agree to certain terms and conditions. They will charge extra if you cancel after only a few minutes. It’s gone. It’s disgusting, and they make it difficult to claim any refund. Do not touch the barge poles! I’d give a zero- or a positive review.

This is the worst site for online dating. Today I found a match with a photo of a porno woman in my 80 most recent matches. It’s still there, even though I reported it two hours ago. Many of my matches were blocked because they were fake profiles. It was obvious immediately. My matches were all perfectly compatible. The tech interface is confusing and customer service is not available. Don’t subscribe! They will take your money and then frustrate you.

After about a year of using the harmony, I decided to do a review. This one will not save you money. In fact, if they have access to your money, they will take all they can. They don’t care about matching you up with liars, they just want you on automatic pay so that they can run up your credit card and send you to collections if you cancel. This company is not Christian.

Despite their claims, I had very few matches. I stopped using the subscription and they automatically renewed it. I also sent an email asking for a cancellation, but they refused to do so and continued to charge my card. They don’t care about you or your success. Instead, they want to charge your card. Match and OkCupid were more successful for me, and Match was where I found my match. Avoid eHarmony as they will continue to charge you huge amounts each year.

Many fake’matches’ are used. After 3 days of realising the error, I requested a refund and was then ignored. The withheld payments were sent to a debt collector. This company is extremely shady and not at any time honest or genuine. Avoid them. Instead, use other dating sites which are free and have more genuine profiles. This company is all about making money!

As a man looking for another man, I paid a high price to join. I noticed that I was getting more women in my matches. I contacted customer support and they told me it wasn’t their fault. They believed the women had entered their profiles incorrectly. Really? Many people made this mistake. The company also offers a video dating feature. However, when I tried to use it the person on the other side could not see or hear me. There is no online support. It is easy to send a message and someone will get back to you, but it can be difficult. Many profiles found in matches are fakes or created by people who didn’t pay for them. They don’t include photos and have strange information. This scam program is a complete ripoff. This is a complete waste of your money.

Most expensive dating site & worst dating site. My criteria is not met by most matches. I have now received 18 matches after being a member for 21 consecutive days. 5 matches met my criteria. Many matches are far from me. I can go days without seeing a match. Eharmony won’t let you search for members, so you are at their mercy. They DO NOT deliver. Total buyer’s regret!

It is almost impossible to cancel a subscription. Following eharmony instructions, I attempted to terminate my subscription online for two hours. The instructions are all dead ends. There is no phone number for customer service. If you don’t cancel your current contract before it expires, they will renew your subscription at a higher price. They will make it impossible for you to close your account. Beware!

After cancelling my subscription last year, I was just randomly charged with a 310-dollar bill. They were sneaky with the robberies. I now know for sure. Avoid Eharmony. You will need a Harvard degree to get out. If you have an employee who is reading this, I am the one who will refund you for cancelling your contract when it costs nothing to give it back.

As everyone else, I signed up for the outrageously high price of membership and chose the 6-month payment option. There were no people within reasonable driving distance from my location. I asked eharmony for a cancellation and to stop charging me any remaining fees. They refused. I complained to the BBB and will contest the charges once they reach my card. Awful customer service.
